Friday night we ate at the Weber Grill restaurant. I had grilled cajun catfish with sauteed spinach, mashed sweet potatoes and a delicious sangria. We walked down Michigan Avenue that night and took in the lights and holiday spirit - it was freezing, but fun! The picture below is at the bottom of the Hancock building. We stopped for dessert that night on the way back to the hotel.
Saturday night was the actual party. WE HAD A BLAST!!! Delicious dinner, open bar, a DJ and dancing.... and no one who really knew me. After two glasses of wine and the start of a Cosmopolitan, I was relaxed and having a good ole time.
(See the guy peeking in from the back - he was TOTALLY drunk. Totally!)
(This is Keith and Margo - a fun couple!)
After dinner, drinks and dancing we went up to the hotel lobby and had one more drink and visited with a couple that Ryan works with. It was fun getting to know Keith and Margo a little better! Thanks for hanging out!
And, most importantly - thank you, Terry - CEO of RTI. We had a blast and are very grateful that you provided us the opportunity to go! Where's the party next year?! :)
