We put our air conditioner in our upstairs window. It was so hot up there today. Downstairs was sticky as well, but at least there's a ceiling fan in the living room and there was a major breeze. But, tonight we will sleep better. Not only will our windows be closed and the cool, dry air will be flowing over us, but also with the windows closed we won't hear our neighbor's dog barking LOUDLY from 5 - 6 a.m. and other periodic times like it normally does.

I hear you! We FINALLY turned our air on here, too. It's been in the 90's and we FINALLY turned ours on. You know, though... the cement walls of our place really get humid. Odd. It's so weird living here.
