I've used Allrecipes.com on and off when I wanted a specific recipe or something specialized. I took the time this weekend to really search and start building a recipe box. THIS. SITE. IS. SO. COOL.
Based on my previous post about Community Supported Agriculture I'm realizing that we'll need more veggie recipes, plus Ryan and I have been talking about eating less meat and more vegetarian dishes purely for the environmental factor. So, I typed in 'vegetarian meals' and 'salads' and just went to town!
I think Ryan will be hooked when he starts looking around on the site as well. He's been making a killer homemade balsamic vinegarette and there were lots of yummy salad dressings I found...
