There are some cool buildings downtown. When I sit in the breakroom for lunch and look out the windows I can see several of the third/fourth floors of these buildings are vacant. If money were no object I'd love to renovate a couple of floors of an old building into awesome downtown lofts.
A few requirements:
1. There would be a carport where we could park our cars.
2. Under the carport would be the entrance to our private elevator going up to our loft.
I would LOVE to decorate a space like that.

All you need is a Backer (is that what their called?). He fronts the money, you redecorate them, you get paid. Sweet!
