We skipped out of church this morning because, well, we could and put up our Christmas tree! Little R. liked helping, although he got grouchy part of the way through which wasn't so much fun.
It will be nice to pull up to our house tonight after Journey and see the tree lit in our window. It will also be nice to wake up in the morning and turn only the tree on. Very relaxing for me.
Now I need to get the rest of my house decorated so all of the left-over Christmas chaos can go back into the basement.
