There is so much to be thankful for and I am so busy sometimes that it takes a national holiday to make me slow down and really think about it.
I am thankful for caring and supportive family, my witty and loving husband, Little R. who keeps me young and lets me see the world with fresh eyes every day, the little one on the way who reminds me of the miracle of life, friends who lend a listening ear and a laugh at just the right time, health, a safe and warm place to live, plenty of food on the table, a church that is a family rather than just a place where we go on Sundays, a God who forgives, heals and loves in ways I don't understand.
Happy Thanksgiving!
